this ad is for some organisation that claims to give free green cards for the USA. but look a bit closer to the ad
it says: do you want to MISS your chance to live and work in the USA? and the only option is yes

a fail like that makes me suspect that's a scam xD

No, here's the thing - if you want to work in the USA, you DON'T click, but if you DON'T want to, you click it, and they come in the middle of the night to abduct you =D
