permission for shops

hi everyone,

i wonder if it would be possible for me to get permission to make shops? i want to make one but i can't because i don't have the permission.

If you wish to become a dedicated shop owner, I can do that. =) Just keep in mind that you have to maintain your shops and everything. =P I'll change it right away.
